Very close to a Wild Puma
It is 6PM, we are watching Tailless at the entrance of a cave were she has been spending all the day long. She is looking to the valley below, trying to spot Guanacos. Nothing to catch so far. She looks like going back to its hide but, instead of entering the grotto, she seems to change her mind and decides to walk along the cliff what means…towards us. The close distance we were from her is quickly getting still shorter. We move a bit to stand in a single row (the 3 of us) and leave her some room between us and the cliff edge. Before she reaches our position, Diego makes some mouth noise to let her know we are here. She is only 2 meters from us when Tailless eventually raises her head in our direction. Then, with no stress, she changes direction and kindly walks down the slope towards its hunting field. Intense adrenaline rush ! It is not totally comfortable to stand so close to such a predator.
Better to be seen in HD 1080 quality
